Section 12 • THE ASSAM SLUM AREAS (IMPROVEMENT AND CLEARANCE) ACT, 1959
Section 12(1)
12. (1) If a notice under Section 11 requiring the owner of the building and/or land to execute the works of improvement is not complied with, then, after the expiration of the period specified in the notice, the Authority may itself do the works required to be done by the notice.
