Section 19 • THE ASSAM SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT, 1961
Section 19(1)
It shall be the duty of the Chairman to see that the provisions of this Act and the regulations made under it are faithfully observed, and the decisions of the Board are duly implemented and he shall have all powers necessary for this purpose.
