        "content": "15. Appointment of Chief Inspector, Deputy Chief Inspector and\nProbation Officers. (1) For carrying out the purposes of this Act, the\nState Government may appoint a Chief Inspector of certified institu-\ntions, a Deputy Chief Inspector of certified institutions and such\nnumber of Probation Officers as it thinks fit to assist the Chief Inspector\nand every person so appointed to assist the Chief Inspector shall have\nsuch of the powers and perform such of the duties of the Chief Inspector\nas the State Government directs, but shall act under the direction of the\nChief Inspector.",
