An Act to amend the Assam Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1936 (IX of 1936).
WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Assam Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1936, in the manner hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:--
