Section 15 • THE ASSAM LAND GRABBING (PROHIBITION) ACT, 2010
Section 15(a)
The Special Court may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, relating to the procedure to be followed for the conduct of the cases and for regulating the manner of taking decisions.
