to amend the Assam Ganja and Bhang Prohibition Act, 1958
Whereas it is expedient to amend further
the Assam Ganja and Bhang Prohibition Act, 1958
(Assam Act XXI of 1959), hereinafter called the
Principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appear-
ing;
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth
year of the Republic of India as follows:-
