further to amend the Assam Ganja and Bhang Prohibition Act, 1958
(Assam Act XXI of 1959)
WHEREAS it is expendient further to amend the
Assam Gania and Bhang Prohibition Act, 1958, herein
after called the Principal Act, in the manner herein
after appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Twelfth Year of the Re-
public of India as follows:-
