An Act to fix the rates at which Agricultural Income shall be taxed under the Assam Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1939.
WHEREAS it is expedient to fix the rates at which Agricultural Income shall be taxed, under the Assarn Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1939, it is hereby enacted as follows:-
