(1) Save as in this Act otherwise expressely provided, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 relating to arrests, searches, warrants of arrest and search warrant shall apply, so far as may be, to like warrants issued and to arrests and searches made under the provisions of this Act.
