Section 24 • THE ASSAM CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 1934
Section 24(1)
When an order under sub-section (1) of section 16 has been made against a person, the [appropriate Government] may at any time, without conditions or upon any conditions which such person accepts, direct the suspension or cancellation of such order.
