Definitions. 2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the
subject or context,-
4[(a) “Board” means the Board of Directors of the
Central Mortgage Bank and includes Managing
Body of a registered Society or by whatever
name such body is called but does not include the
Administrative Council of the Society.
