3. In the principal Act, in section 9, after sub-section (3), new sub-sections (4) and (5) shall. be inserted and the existing sub-section (4) shall be renumbered as sub-section (6), namely:-
"(4) Research Advisory Committee;
(5) Extension Education Advisory Committee;"
(6) Such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University."
