39. (1) The Board shall constitute Financial Committee consisting of
the following persons, namely the Vice-Chancellor, the Secretaries to
the Finance, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and Veterinary
Departments to the Government of Assam, the Comptroller, one
member chosen by the Board from amongst its non-official members.
