(1) No suit or prosecution shall lie agai nst any member, officer, employee or agent of
a Gram Panchayat or an Anchal Samiti or a Zilla Parishad, in respect of anything
done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or any rule or bye-law
made thereunder.
