(1) On a complaint being made to the Corporation by any Councillor that an officer or
official of the corporation or any other class of Government officer or official discharging
any duties in relation to the functions of the Corporation, to which the Government may,
by notification, extend the provisions of this section, has misconduct himself in his official
capacity, the Corporation may enquire into the matter and submit a report alongwith the
prima facie evidence to the superior officer whom it may concern, or to the Director and
the said officer shall, after such further enquiry as may be required, take suitable action
under intimation to the Corporation and the Government.
