The Commissioner or any Corporation officer or other
Corporation employee authorised by him in this behalf or em powered in this behalf by or
under any provision of this Act may enter into or upon any land or building with or without
assistants and workmen-
( a) for the purposes of ascertaining whether there is or has been on or in connection
with the land or building any contravention of the provisions of this Act or any bye
law made thereunder ;
