Power of members of fire-brigades and other persons for suppression of fire ( 1)
On the occasion of a fire in the municipal area any Magistrate, the Commissioner of
the Corporation, any member of a fire brigade maintained by the Corporation directing the
operations of men belonging to the brigade, and any police officer not below the rank of
Sub-Inspector may-
