Subject to the rules made under this Act, the Board may with the previous approval of the State Government frame regulations for :-\n(a) Summoning and holding of meetings of the Board, the time and date when such meetings are to be held, the conduct of business at such meetings.\n(b) Powers and duties of the officers and other employees of the Board.\n(c) Salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Board and the market Committee.\n(d) Management of accounts and the preparation of balance sheet by the Board.\n(e) Execution of contracts on behalf of the Board.\n(f) Maintenance of accounts and the preparation of balance sheet by the Board.\n(g) Procedure for carrying out the functions of the Board under this Act.\n(h) Other matter for which provision is to be or may be made in regulation.",
