(1) Subject to any rules made by the State Government under section 77, the Board may, in respect of the notified market area, make bye-laws relating to :-\nCommittee.\n(i) The regulation of business of the Market\n(ii) The conditions of trading in market,\n(iii) The delegation of powers, duties and functions to a sub-committee, if any.\n(iv) Enabling and regulating e-trading.\n(v) Any other matters for which bye-laws are to be made under this Act or it may be necessary to frame bye-laws for effectively implementing the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder in the market area.\n(2) No bye-laws shall take effect until it has been published or and notified in the Arunachal Pradesh Gazette.",
