The State Government shall, as soon as may be, after commencement of this Act, by notification, establish and constitute an Authority to be called as the Arunachal Pradesh Arun Parivar Patra Authority to exercise powers and discharge functions of the Authority under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
