(a) call for any record, register or other document in the possession or under the control of any Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] ;
(b) require any Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] to furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, account or statistics;
(c) require any Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] to furnish any information or report on any matter connected with such Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] ; and
(d) record in writing for the consideration of any Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] any observations, the Government, officer or person may think proper to make in regard to the proceedings or duties of such Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] .
