        "content": "(ii) With effect from the date specified for the dissolution of a Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] under clause (i), all its members including its Sarpanch, Upa-Sarpanch, President or Vice-President and Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson, as the case may be, shall forthwith be deemed to have vacated their offices as such and they shall not be entitled to be restored to office after the expiration of the period of dissolution. The vacancies arising out of vacation of offices under this Section shall be deemed to be casual vacancies and filled accordingly within a period of six months from the date of dissolution:\n[250A. Special provision in the case of Mandal Praja Parishad and Zilla Praja Parishad.",
