Power of Government to levy and collect additional land revenue -\n(1) In respect of every land held by a pattadar, there shall be levied and collected by the Government from the pattadar for every fasli year, an additional land revenue at the following rates, namely:-\n(i) in the case of wet land,-\n(a) in the Andhra area, at one hundred per centum of the land revenue payable thereon;\n(b) in the Telangana area, at thirty per centum of land revenue payable thereon.\n(ii) in the case of dry land in the State, at seventy-five per sentum of the land revenue payable thereon",
