        "content": "11.Application for demarcation.- (1) It, at the commencement of this Act, the proprietor of a village or a part thereof or a specific area therein, was cultivating any land as khudkasht, he may, within six months of such commencement, apply to the sub-divisional officer for demarcation of such khudkasht as niji jot.",
