        "content": "[(i) after clause (7), the following shall be inserted, namely:-\n\"(7A) 'Chief Controlling Revenue Authority\" means such Officer as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf for the State.\";\n(a) in clause (10), after the words and figure \"by Schedule I\", the words, figure and letter \"or by Schedule I-A, as the case may be\" shall be added at the end;\n(ii) in clause (13), after sub-clause (b), the following sub-clauses shall be inserted, namely:-\n\"(c) impression by franking machine;\n(d) impression by any such machine as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.\".\n(b) after clause (25), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-\n\"(26) \"Union territory\" means the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.\".]",
