(a) [subject to the provision of clause (b), the term of office of a member of the Board] , shall be a period of five years commencing from the date of the notification published under sub-section (1);
[b the members nominated under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government.]
