        "content": "(1) Any cement block less than such size as may from time to time be prescribed by the Director.\nMode of repairs: A cement block of proper size shall be substituted.\n(2) Any cement block, out of the ground or displaced from its correct position or buried less than two thirds of its length and loose.\nMode of repairs: The cement block shall be replaced or fixed firmly at its correct place.",
