        "content": "21. Court-fees.— Notwithstanding anything contained in the Court-fees Act, 1870, every application or appeal made under this Act shall bear court-fee stamp of fifty paise if made to the Assistant Civil Administrator and of two rupees if made to the Civil Administrator.",
