"content": "(ii) If any Will through age and dampness is subject to decomposition in such a way that it appears likely to become useless, the depositor or his legal representative in case the depositor is dead, shall be called upon to replace it and inform that unless he does so, it will be destroyed when no longer legible. Such destruction shall be carried out in the presence of Registrar, who shall record a note thereof in his own hand writing in the register.\n(iii) When several Wills are kept together, arranged one above the other, seals are apt to wear out and the inscription thereon to become effected owning to constant contact. to prevent such damage, these covers shall, before they are deposited in the Safe or Almirah, be placed in other transparent covers with eyeletted flaps and a string should be passed through the eyelets and tied and sealed with the Registrar's private seals. The outer cover shall not be opened unless an occasion arises for the opening of the inner sealed cover for its removal to court.",

Court or Office.\n(b) When containing\n\t\t\t\t\ta complaint or charge of any offence other than an offence for\n\t\t\t\t\twhich police officers may, under the Criminal Procedure Code,\n\t\t\t\t\tarrest without warrant, and presented to any Criminal Court;\nOne rupee twenty-five naye paise.\nor\nWhen presented to a\n\t\t\t\t\tCivil, Criminal or Revenue Court or to a Collector or any\n\t\t\t\t\tRevenue Officer having jurisdiction equal or subordinate to a\n\t\t\t\t\tCollector, or to any Magistrate in his executive capacity, and\n\t\t\t\t\tnot otherwise provided for by this Act;\nor\nto deposit in Court revenue or\n\t\t\t\t\trent;\nor\nfor determination\n\t\t\t\t\tby a court of the amount of compensation to be paid by land-lord\n\t\t\t\t\tto his tenant.\n(c) When presented\n\t\t\t\t\tto a Chief Commissioner or other Chief Controller, Revenue or\n\t\t\t\t\tExecutive Authority, or to a Commissioner of Revenue or Circuit,\n\t\t\t\t\tor to any Chief Officer charged with the executive\n\t\t\t\t\tadministration of a Division and not otherwise provided for by\n\t\t\t\t\tthis Act.\nOne rupee twenty-five naye paise.\n(d) When presented\n\t\t\t\t\tto the High Court:\n(i) Under the\n\t\t\t\t\tCompanies Act, 1956, for winding up a Company;\nTwo hundred and sixty rupees.\n(ii) Under the same\n\t\t\t\t\tAct for taking some other judicial action;\nThirteen rupees.\n(iia) Under article\n\t\t\t\t\t226 of the Constitution of India other than petition for habeaus\n\t\t\t\t\tcorpus and petitions arising out of criminal proceedings;\nFifty rupees\n(iii) In all other cases.\nTwo rupees and\n\t\t\t\t\tsixty-five naye paise.\n1A.\nApplication to any Civil Court that records may\n\t\t\t\t\tbe called for from another court.\nWhen the court\n\t\t\t\t\tgrants
