        "content": "(a) The Vice Chancellor\n(b) One nominee of Chairman Board of Governors\n(c) One nominee of the Principal Secretary /Secretary Technical Education\n(d) Two experts not below the rank of Professor or equivalent nominated by the Vice Chancellor\n(a) be the custodian of the records, the common seal and such other properties of the University as the Board of Governors may commit to his charge;\n(b) issue notices and convene meetings of that authority and the committees appointed by it;\n(c) keep the minutes of the meetings of that authority and the committees appointed by it;\n(d) conduct the official proceedings and correspondence; and\n(e) supply to the Chancellor a copy each of the agenda of the meetings of the authorities of the University as soon as it is issued and the minutes of such meetings.",
