(i) Homeopaths who have passed an examination from any Homoeopathic institutions in anyState or Unioin Territory, provided that for the purposes of registration such an institution is recognised by the State Government.
(ii) Homeopaths who are holding recognised medical qualifications as per the provisions of the Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (Central Act No. 59 of 1973).
