        "content": "The Registrar may generally or in any particular matter under this Act or for \nenforcement of directions of the Reserve Bank to protect the interest of members \nand depositors of the co-operative banks licensed by the Reserve Bank and \nregistered under this Act or operating in Delhi under the Multi-State Co-operative \nSocieties Act, 2002 (39 of 2002), issue such orders or directions as he may \nconsider necessary to a co-operative bank or banks and thereupon such co-\noperative bank shall give effect to such orders or directions and shall report to him \nthe compliance within the time specified in the order or direction.",
