        "content": "(a) wilfully cause or suffer to be brought or to flow into any lake, tank, reservoir, cistern, well, duct or other place for storing water belonging to the Corporation or into any drain or pipe communicating therewith, any washing or other substance produced in the course of any such trade, or manufactured as aforesaid; or\n(b) wilfully do any act connected with such trade or manufacture whereby the water in any such lake, tank, reservoir, cistern, well, duct or other place for storing water is fouled or corrupted.",
