(a) "cess" means the energy development cess levied under Section 3;
(b) "Fund" means the energy development fund referred to in sub-section (2) of Section 3;
(c) words and expressions used but not defined in this Part and defined in the Chhattisgarh Electricity Duty Act, 1949 (X of 1949), shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in that Act.
