            "content": "(a) \"Council\" means the Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad established under Section 3;\n(b) \"Paramedical\" means any personnel qualified in paramedical subject and who helps in teaching or practice of-\n(i) Medicine within the meaning of clause (i) of Section 2 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (No. 102 of 1956); or\n(ii) Medicine in Homeopathy and Biochemistry within the meaning of clause (d) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Homeopathy Parishad Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 19 of 1976); or\n(iii) Medicine in Ayurvedic System, Naturopathy and Unani System within the meaning of clauses (b), (e) and (i) respectively of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritik Chikitsa Vyavsayi Adhiniyam, 1970 (No. 5 of 1970); or\n(iv) Medicine within the meaning of sub-section (c) of Section 2 of Chhattisgarh Chikitsa Mandal Adhiniyam, 2001 (No. 7 of 2001);\n(c) \"Paramedical Subject\" means the subject mentioned in the Schedule;\n(d) \"Recognized Paramedical qualification\" means a degree, diploma or certificate in any paramedical subject granted by any University established by law or any other institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf;\n(e) \"Registered Paramedical Practitioner\" means a person registered under this Act;\n(f) \"State Register\" means a register maintained under this Act and expression \"Registered\" and \"Registration\" shall be construed accordingly.\nChapter II\nEstablishment and Constitution of Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council",
