Section 24A. Construction of an additional floor in a residential building
Where under the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder or any other law enacted under entry 5 of the State List of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India for the time being in force, regulating the constructions of residential building or any rules or regulations or bye-laws made thereunder it is permissible to construct less than three floors then notwithstanding any thing contained in the Act or the law or the rules or the regulations or the bye-laws aforesaid it shall he permissible to construct an additional floor in such residential building subject to sanction of a plan of such construction under the aforesaid Act or law, as the case may be.
