        "content": "From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sums of including the sums those specified in the column (3) of the schedule of the Chhattisgarh Appropriation Act, Two Hundred Ninety Four Crore Thirty Eight Lacs Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred Rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2011-2012 in respect of services specified in column (2) of the schedule.",
