        "content": "Section 96B Delegation of powers.\nThe State Government may, by notification, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or the rules made thereunder, except the power to make rules shall, in relation to such matter and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercisable by such officer or authority subordinate to the State Government as may be specified in the notification.",
