Section 63 Cognizance of offence.
No Labour Court shall take cognizance of any offence
(a) punishable under this Act, except on complaint in writing made by the person affected thereby or the representative of employee or the employer or on a report in writing of the Labour officer;
(b) punishable under any of the Acts pacified in Schedule II-A, except in accordance with the provisions of the respective Acts.
