        "content": "Section 60 Award on whom binding.\nAn award of an arbitrator, a Labour Court, the Industrial Court or a Board shall be binding on\n(a) all parties to the industrial dispute;\n(b) all parties who were summoned to appear as parties to the dispute whether they appeared or not;\n(c) in the case of an employer who is a party to the arbitration proceeding his successors in interest, heirs and assigns in reject of the undertaking to which the dispute relates;\n(d) in the case of a Representative Union, any other union or the Labour Officer who is a party to a dispute, all persons represented by it, on the date of the award, as well as thereafter",
