        "content": "(a) shall occupy the same subject to such conditions and terms as may, generally or in special cases, be prescribed, by the Corporations, and\n(b) shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, vacate the same on his resignation, dismissal, removal or retirement from the service of the Corporation or whenever the Commissioner, with the approval of the Corporation, thinks it necessary and expedient to require him to do so.\n[60A. Provident Fund to be deposited in Government Treasury.\n(i) the subscriber to the fund shall be entitled to interest on the balance in his provident fund account at the same rate, at which the State Government servant is for the time being entitled to on the balance in his provident fund account, and\n(ii) the rules for the time being in force relating to the limits of withdrawals from the provident fund as applicable to such Government servant shall, so far as may be, apply to the subscriber.\nChapter V\nEssential Services",
