(a) "Act" means the Bodh Gaya Temple Act, 1949;
(b) "Board" means the Advisory Board constituted under Section 15;
(c) "Section" means a Section of the Act; and
(d) All words and expressions used in these rules and not defined herein but defined in the Act shall respectively have the same meanings as are assigned to them in the Act.
