(a) "Act" means the Bihar Irrigation and Flood Protection (Betterment Contribution) Act, 1959 (Bihar Act XXVIII of 1959);
(b) "Form" means a form appended to these Rules;
(c) "Section" means a Section of the Act.
(ii) Any word or expression used in these Rules but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Act.
