        "content": "(i) the State Government may be order delegate all or any of its powers, duties and functions under this Act or the Rules made thereunder to any officer under its control; and\n(ii) The Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner or the collector may, with the sanction of the State Government, delegate any of his powers, duties and functions under this Act, to any other officer under the control of the State Government.",
