(1) The following Section-11A shall be\ninserted after section-11 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935, namely:\n\"11A. Registration of societies not registered under this Act. Where a society registered\nunder section-5 of the Bihar Self Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 intends to\nconvert itself into a co-operative society under this Act, it may apply for registration under\nprovisions of this Act in accordance with procedure to be prescribed and notified by the\nGoverninent.\"",
