        "content": "(a) For a period of three months from the date of commencement of this Act; or\n(b) If an application for registration is made to the Appropriate Authority within the period specified in sub-clause (a) of this sub-section in accordance with section 4, will continue to be deemed as registered till the disposal of such application.\nCategory 1 : Institutes of National Standard\n- Rs.\n15,000/-\nCategory 2 : Medical College Hospitals Standard\n- Rs.\n10,000/-\nCategory 3 : District Hospitals Standard Speciality Hospital\n- Rs.\n8,000/-\nCategory 4 : Sub-divisional Hospitals Standard\n- Rs.\n5,000/-\nCategory 5 : Referral Hospitals Standard\n- Rs.\n3,000/-\nCategory 6 : Block-level Hospitals Standard\n- Rs.\n2,000/-\nCategory 7 : Consultation Chamber\n- Rs.\n1,00/-\nThe fee so collected shall be deposited in a separate Fund created for the purpose. 50% of the deposits in this Fund shall be used for the welfare of doctors and para-medical staff in the Private Sector. The utilization of this fund shall be decided by a Committee headed by the Director in Chief, Health Services.",
