(a) any cremation or burial ground/tank or pathway;
(b) lands recorded in the recorded rights as gair mazrua-aam;
(c) lands held under service tenures;
(d) any forest land notified under any of the provisions of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (xvi, 1927), or the Bihar Private Forests Act, 1947 (Bihar Act ix, 1948);
(e) lands containing mines and minerals, whether discovered or undiscovered or whether being worked or not; and
(f) any other land which the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify;
