Section 21 • THE ASSAM LIQUOR PROHIBITION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1956
Section 21
The State Government may prescribe the conditions under which licenses may be issued for the manufacture, import, transport, sale or possession of liquor on the ground that such liquor is required by such person for a bona fide medicinal, scientific, industrial, religious or such like purpose or for sale to permit holders under Section 20.
