Section 23. Annual report
23. Annual report.—The Board shall prepare and forward to the All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board and State Government in such manner as may be prescribed an annual report within three months from the end of a financial year. Every such report shall be laid before the State Legislature as soon as may be after it is received by the State Government.
