An Act to provide for consolidation and prevention of fragmentation of agricultural holdings.
Whereas it is expedient to provide for consolidation and prevention of fragmentation of agricultural holdings for better cultivation thereof;
It is hereby enacted in the Eleventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
